Blackened Salmon on a Bed of Toasted Fregola

Prepare blackened salmon and place on a bed of toasted fregola. Top with Roasted Red Bell Pepper Pesto Compound Butter, scallions and capers.

To make compound butter, mix your choice of sauce with softened butter. Three parts butter to one part sauce is a good starting point.
