Creamy Avocado Hummus with Harissa Sauce

In a food processor, blend together 1 lb canned, drained garbanzo beans, 2 large ripe Haas avocados, 1 clove peeled garlic, 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 2 tbsp EVOO, 2 tbsp tahini paste & 1/2 tsp kosher salt. Blend until smooth. Serve with a generous swirl of Harissa Sauce.
