Steam Bao Bun and add crispy pork belly, julienned carrots and greens. Drizzle with soy glaze & your choice of sauce – Creamy Garlic, Cilantro Pesto or Harissa Sauce.

Layer carnitas, grilled poblano peppers, onions, jack cheese on a torta bun spread with Southwest Chipotle Pesto.

Chile Relleno Torta with Southwest Chipotle Pesto

Smother both sides of a toasted torta roll with a 50/50 blend of Southwest Chipotle Pesto and mayo. Add a chile relleno (baked or fried), sliced avocado, and fresh shredded cabbage for this delicious sandwich.

Flavored mayos and aiolis are a breeze to make with Armanino sauces.

Grilled Veggie Sandwich

Combine roasted mixed mushrooms and sauteed kale together on the grill and top with gouda cheese. Add hot mixture to country-style bread and finish with Romesco Sauce. Add to the panini press until golden brown.

Lamb Burger with Fresh Mozzarella, Crispy Fried Carrots & Harissa Aioli

Mix lamb, mint, onion, salt and pepper to make a burger patty and cook. Smother the bun with Harissa aioli (50/50 Armanino Harissa and mayo) and top with fresh mozzarella, lettuce and crispy fried carrots.
