Cilantro Pesto

Cilantro is an essential flavor accent for both Latin and Asian foods, and our Cilantro pesto is right at home in both. It’s a bright green blend of cilantro, onions, garlic, lime juice, jalapeños and oil.

Our Cilantro Pesto is ready to use as a pasta sauce or ingredient:

  • Add to curries, stir-fries, chiles, braises and stews to save on labor and add authentic flavor
  • Drizzle over ramen, bibimbap and other Asian or Latin bowls
  • Blend with mayo, Greek-style yogurt, sour cream or other ingredients to make spreads and condiments for banh mi sandwiches, tacos, burritos, burgers and more
  • Add cream or other ingredients to create custom pasta sauces
  • Blend into coconut rice and other Asian rice dishes
  • Mix into salad dressings for a new flavor profile

Cilantro Pesto Inspiration

Cauliflower, Quinoa & Butternut Squash on a bed of Baby Spinach

Combine cooked cauliflower, quinoa, butternut squash, and add to a bed of baby spinach. Drizzle Armanino Cilantro Pesto on top.

Ahi Tuna Nachos with Cilantro Crema

Combine seared ahi tuna, avocado, red onion, and soy sauce glaze.  Add to crispy won ton wrappers, and top with Cilantro Crema. (50/50 Cilantro Pesto and Mexican Crema).

Red Quinoa, Corn and Avocado Salad

Combine red quinoa, corn, avocado, EVOO, and salt. Top with fresh cilantro, chopped onion, tomato, and corn, finished with Cilantro Pesto.
