Jumbo Wild Mushroom Ravioli

We took our tender large round ravioli and filled them with a creamy, rich wild mushroom and ricotta filling. They’re par-cooked for convenience, frozen to preserve their fresh flavor, and ready to cook directly from the freezer. Just boil and serve with any of our pestos or sauces, or simply toss with butter or olive oil, Parmesan and a splash of the pasta cooking water.
