Top flatbread with cooked salmon, goat cheese, and scallions. After baking, finish with Harissa Sauce.
Mix lamb, mint, onion, salt and pepper to make a burger patty and cook. Smother the bun with Harissa aioli (50/50 Armanino Harissa and mayo) and top with fresh mozzarella, lettuce and crispy fried carrots.
