These large oval ravioli with a house-made artisan look feature a creamy, rich Italian-style ricotta and cheese filling wrapped in our tender egg pasta. They’re par-cooked for convenience, frozen to preserve their fresh flavor, and ready to cook directly from the freezer. Just boil and serve with any of our pestos or sauces, or simply toss with butter or olive oil, Parmesan and a splash of the pasta cooking water.
