Harissa Sauce is a spicy blended three-pepper chile sauce balanced with roasted red bell peppers and tomatoes, seasoned with lemon, caraway & mint.

Mix lamb, mint, onion, salt and pepper to make a burger patty and cook. Smother the bun with Harissa aioli (50/50 Armanino Harissa and mayo) and top with fresh mozzarella, lettuce and crispy fried carrots.
