Turkey Meatballs in Hoisin Glaze

Hoisin Glaze – 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce, 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp toasted sesame oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce (optional). Blend all glaze ingredients together. Cook meatballs according to package directions, then place in saute pan with the hoisin sauce and simmer until sauce bubbles and meatballs are nicely glazed. Serve over rice and veggie of your choice.

Blackened Chicken with Roasted Tomatillos

Enjoy this blackened chicken with roasted tomatillos in a creamy southwest chipotle sauce.

Reduce heavy cream in a saute pan until slightly thickened. Add Armanino’s Southwest Chipotle sauce & gently warm through. When ready use as a center of the plate sauce.
